Meeting with freshmen

First-year students of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies met with institute administration and representatives of student self-government.

September 15, 2020 began for the students of the ER IPMIT with a tour of the university, which was conducted by the student director Natalia Lemekh and the deputy director for social and educational work Volodymyr Matiievskyi. They told the audience where the directorate, the library, the sports hall, the sports ground are, and briefly told the history of the institute and university. The excursion ended at the ICR created within the framework of the international MoPED project.

There, the director of the Institute Hennadii Mohylnyi,  the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Volodymyr Donchenko and the Head of the ITS Department Mykola Semenov addressed the students. They told the about the specifics of training this year, introduced them to the traditions of the Institute. The official part ended with the solemn presentation of badges with the symbols of the university.

Further, representatives of student government Natalya Lemekh, Pavlo Shadrin and Vitalii Kuznetsov communicated with students in an informal setting, helped the students to get to know each other.

The teaching staff of the ER IPMIT is sure that the current applicants will harmoniously develop their abilities and fit their names in the pages of the history of our university with dignity and improve the quality of their life both in Ukraine and in general.
