Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University held Online Open Day.

Today, 12 August 2020, our higher educational institution opened its online doors to applicants. During the meeting, the Rector, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, the Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee, as well as deans and teachers of structural subdivisions were waiting for applicants.

At the beginning, the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Serhii Savchenko addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. During the online meeting, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Dmytro Uzhchenko and Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee Yaroslava Yurkiv briefed applicants on the progress of the 2020 admission campaign.

So, today was the last day of creative contests and entrance examinations for persons applying to apply at the expense of the state order. From 13 to 22 August, creative contests and entrance exams will be held for applicants applying for funds from individuals or legal entities.

On August 13, the second stage of the admission campaign starts, which is associated with the acceptance of documents. Applicants will be able to submit 5 applications for 5 specialties for the budgetary form of education and an unlimited number of applications for the contract. Admission through the educational centers “Donbas-Ukraine” and “Crimea-Ukraine” is possible until August 19.

Future students, in turn, actively asked questions about the deadlines for accepting documents and living conditions in dormitories.
