Online Open Day

Traditionally, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University hosted Online Open Day.

Today, July 23, 2020, our higher educational institution hosted the Online Open House using the Zoom platform. Traditionally, the Rector, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, the Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee, as well as deans and teachers of structural divisions were waiting for applicants.

At the beginning, the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Serhii Savchenko addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. During the online meeting, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work Dmytro Uzhchenko and Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee Yaroslava Yurkiv explained to the applicants the main details of the 2020 admission campaign. “Entrance exams and creative contests will be held from August 1 to August 12, you can register on our website in the tab “Applicants”, – Yaroslava Igorivna said.

Acceptance of documents at our university will take place from August 13 to August 22. From August 27, applicants will be able to see the lists of ratings by state order, and from September 15 – by contract.

Future students, in turn, actively asked questions about the timing of entrance exams and creative competitions, the number of budget places, living conditions in the dormitories. 

The head of the educational centers “Donbas-Ukraine” and “Crimea-Ukraine” Svitlana Kharkivska and the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University Serhii Savchenko also joined the conversation, answering the questions of the entrants.
