Online Open Day

For the third time, Online Open Day took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. 

Today, July 3, 2020, the Online Open Day was held at our higher educational institution. For the third time, the Rector, vice-rectors for academic research, the executive secretary of the Admission Committee, as well as deans and teachers of structural subdivisions were waiting for applicants on the Zoom online platform.

Traditionally, at the beginning of the conference, the Rector of the University Serhii Savchenko addressed all those present, “Dear applicants, colleagues! A meeting in this format has already become traditional, because every week we hold such an event. For the university, it is new, but effective. In terms of the fact that everyone who wants to enter one of the oldest educational institutions has the opportunity to join the conference and find out the necessary information. Serhii Viktorovych noted, “Dear applicants, you are now facing one of the most important choices in life – the choice of a profession. Remember that your future depends on the right place to study. We advise you to learn about our university and make the right choice. We are waiting for you!”

During the online meeting, the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Educational Work Dmytro Uzhchenko and the Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee Yaroslava Yurkiv acquainted the applicants with the features of the 2020 admission campaign and the procedure for entering the university. Particular attention was paid to the admission of students from the territory not controlled by the government of Ukraine.

Future students and their parents, in turn, actively asked questions regarding the deadlines for submission of documents, the schedule of entrance exams, the cost of the contract form of training, etc.
