Dear teachers, staff and students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. Please accept our sincere congratulations on the national holiday – Constitution Day of Ukraine!

In 1996, Ukrainian citizens received the Basic Law, which guaranteed them rights and freedom, brought Ukraine closer to countries with developed democracies, and finally consolidated the independence of the new European state.

The Constitution entered public life as the main guardian of statehood and democracy, the guarantor of independence and collegiality of Ukraine. It opened to the citizens of Ukraine broad prospects for comprehensive development, personal self-realization, created opportunities for the establishment of the national consciousness of the people.

We heartily congratulate you on this national holiday! May your hearts always be filled with pride and love for our country. May fate be happy, and peace and mutual understanding contribute to the further development of our statehood, the establishment of prosperity in every family.
