The scientific and pedagogical workers of the Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism have become certified trainers in preparing the business for state inspections.
Scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Commodity Research, Commercial Business and Goods Expertise: Natalia Omelchenko, Ph.D., Professor; Maria Morozova, Ph.D., Anna Brailko, Ph.D., joined the first project in Ukraine, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (The MATRA Program), on the formation and deployment of the food safety trainer network and became CERTIFIED TRAINERS to prepare the business for state audits in the field of agricultural and food product safety.
