Memorandum of Cooperation

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice.

On June 12, 2020, in Severodonetsk, our higher educational institution concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice. Its action comes into force from the date of signing and will last one year.

At the meeting, our university was represented by Volodymyr Zablotskyi, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, and Tetiana Filatova represented the Eastern Interregional Department Head. 

The purpose of this document is to combine the efforts of both Parties to develop relevant ways to ensure the advanced training of civil servants and employees of state authorities, local authorities, united territorial communities, enterprises, institutions and organizations.

The Memorandum includes all the directions and forms of cooperation, in particular, identifying contact persons for consultations and developing proposals for organizing joint events; holding meetings to discuss issues related to the implementation of the Memorandum, exchange information on the activities of the Parties.

For the university, this is an extremely important event that will help strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
