Participation in the International Conference

Teachers of the Department of Pedagogy took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference Latvia-Ukraine.
On June 8-10, associate professors of the Department of Pedagogy Oksana Alekseeva and Inna Kurlischuk became participants in the annual International Scientific and Practical Conference “Psychological and Pedagogical Problems of Modern Specialist Formation” (Riga, Latvia – Kharkiv, Ukraine.
The conference is entered in the Register of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the List of scientific conferences on higher education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, agreed and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, section international conferences No. 291 dated February 05, 2020.
The purpose of the conference is a scientific and practical analysis and systematization of theoretical and methodological problems, discussion and generalization of the results of scientific research of scientists, as well as the development of organizational and methodological recommendations for their implementation in the work of teachers and scientists.
The Scientific and Practical Conference was held online with virtual presentations on the Zoom Video Communications platform with the participation of domestic and foreign higher educational institutions (more than 200 participants).
During the conference, the following sections were held:
- theoretical and methodological problems of specialist training in various fields of science (humanitarian, economic, medical) in the educational space of Europe;
- innovative and informational technologies of forming the personality of a modern specialist;
- psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the creative personality of a modern specialist;
- competency-based approach to the formation of the personality of a modern specialist in the European educational space;
- mobility of students and the formation of intercultural communication experience when studying in higher educational institutions.
Also, a webinar “Lessons Learned from Emergency Remote Teaching During the COVID – 19 Pandemic” (working language – English, moderator – Yuri Maslov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Belarusian State Economic University, Belarus), master class “Using Ethno-Pedagogical Tools in social education ”(the working language is Ukrainian, the presenter is Valentina Kostina, doctor of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Ukraine), the round table “Psychological and Pedagogical Problems of Modern Specialist Formation ”(working languages - English, Russian, Ukrainian, presenters – Yuri Melnik, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Ukraine; Yuri Maslov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Belarusian State Economic University, Belarus).
Conference proceedings were published in the International Scientific Periodical Peer-reviewed Journals INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENCE ANNALS (IJSA) and INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (IJЕS).
