State certification at the Design Department

The Department of Design conducted a state certification of specialty “Designˮ.

On May 29, 2020, the Department of Design held the certification of graduates of the educational degree “Bachelor” of specialty 022 Design of the educational program “Hairstyle Design and Visage Art”. 12 graduates passed a comprehensive exam. 

For the first time in the history of the specialty “Hairstyle Design and Visage Art”, the defense of creative work was carried out remotely using the Skype communication platform.

The practical part of the exam has become a real celebration of beauty and professional excellence. Within 3 hours, the commission observed the creation by graduates of exquisite holistic images using hairstyles, makeup, manicures, and appropriate suits. At the end of the work, graduates presented their own model, where they spoke in detail about the technology for creating hairstyles, visage, manicure. This year, the following images were presented: “White Firebird”, “Cosplay”, “Ivan Kupala”, “Ukrainochka”, “Baroque”, “Baroque Pearl” and others.

The theoretical part of the exam showed the deep professional knowledge of graduates in different areas of hairdressing.

The teachers and students of the Design Department are very grateful to the chairman of the examination committee Lilia Saprykina for the high appreciation of graduates’ skills.
