The practice of inspection, control and surveillance activities

Students of the Department of Commodity Research, Commercial Business and Goods Expertise passed the practice on the basis of the Main Directorate of the State Food and Beverage Service in the Luhansk region.

Applicants for education majoring in “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activitiesˮ, of the educational level “Bachelor” under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Commodity Research, Commercial Business and Goods Expertise remotely went through the practice of inspection and control and supervisory activities in trade on the basis of the Main Directorate of State Food and Beverage Service in the Luhansk region, the city of Severodonetsk.

Using the main web-site of the State Administration of State Food and Consumer Services in the Luhansk Region and other Internet resources, the applicants learned about the structure of the State Institution, the organization and activity of both individual departments, other structural units, and the General Department as a whole. They got acquainted with the main tasks, the implementation of which in accordance with applicable law is entrusted to the State Food and Beverage Service and structural divisions.

Students developed normative legal acts regulating consumer protection activities, organization of events and the procedure for conducting state supervision of compliance by business entities that carry out activities in the field of trade, work and services.

Education applicants mastered the skills and abilities to document the results of the monitoring of the activities of the State Food and Beverage Service in the Luhansk region.

They mastered the processing skills with the legislative framework governing the activities of the body in the field of consumer protection and successfully used it when implementing a practice program and writing a report.

Reporting documentation is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of methodological recommendations and a program of practice.
