Students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in the Youth Scientific League.
Under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, applicants for higher education of a bachelor’s degree of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports and the Faculty of Natural Sciences took part in the conference of the Youth Scientific League.
Under the auspices of the Youth Scientific League on May 29, the International Student Scientific Conference “Modernization and Modern Ukrainian and World Scientific Research” was held in Lviv in a remote format. The multidisciplinary conference has become a platform for the exchange of scientific experience of students of higher educational institutions of Ukraine and neighboring countries.
The third-year student majoring in Secondary Education. Biology Anastasia Kuptsova (scientific adviser – Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy Olena Sevastianova) presented a report “Prospects for the Use of Didactic Games in the Study of Natural Sciences”, and the third-year student majoring in Secondary Education. Physical Education Anastasia Troshchenko, together with the second-year student majoring in Physical Education and Sports. Sports Lilis Semivolos presented a joint study “European Perspective: A View of Ukrainian Students” (scientific adviser – Associate Professor, Department of Pedagogy Inna Kurlishchuk) (https://ojs.ukrlogos.in.ua/index.php/liga).
This is not the first event of the Youth Scientific League, in which students of our university take part under the guidance of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Pedagogy. The second-year student of the IPP majoring in Social Work Anton Kopanev (scientific adviser – senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy Irina Shama) and the third-year student majoring in Secondary Education. Biology Viktoria Kalinina (scientific adviser – Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy Olena Sevastianova) presented reports at the International Student Conference “Science, Technology, Innovation: Development Trends in Ukraine and the Worldˮ (April 17, 2020, Kharkiv).
In addition, teachers of the department supervise the articles of applicants in the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. In particular, during the quarantine, associate professors of the Department of Pedagogy Viktoria Shvyrka and Oksana Alekseeva carried out scientific guidance on the preparation of 7 articles, which were included in the collections of scientific works of students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University “Scientific Search for Young Researchers” and “Methodical Piggy Bank of a Modern Teacher”.
Master’s students of the department also actively engaged in scientific activities. On May 29-30, Kristana Shablakova, a candidate for a master’s degree in the specialty “Educational, Pedagogical Sciences”, with a report “Volunteering as a means of shaping the socio-psychological competence of student youth” took part in the International Scientific Conference “Scientific Achievements, Discoveries and Ways of Development of Pedagogical Science” , which was held on the basis of the Classic Private University (Zaporizhzhya).
