Celebration of Vyshyvanka Day

The Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business has joined the celebration of World Vyshyvanka Day.

Vyshyvanka is not only traditional Ukrainian clothing. These are national traditions, pride for future generations and a symbol of the Ukrainian nation.

Teachers and students of the Educational and Researcg Institute of Economics and Business have actively joined in the celebration of Vyshyvanka Day. The directorate took part in the all-university photo contest “My Family in Vyshyvanka”, where it won the first place and victory in the nomination “Creative Team”.

The press center of the Institute has prepared a video for participation in the Vyshyvanka Unites challenge. Both students and teachers took part in the filming of the video, and the director of the institute Valerii Khmel congratulated the youth on the holiday.

Student youth joined the photo exhibition “Rainbow Colors Intwined” and “Modern Ukrainian Girl”, organized by the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology. Students also became winners in these competitions: Yulia Melezhik took the first place, Viktoria Lysianska and Anastasia Diaghileva took the third place.

Students with singing talent participated in the Ukrainian Song in Vyshyvanka Challenge. Anna Doroshenko and Yelyzaveta Bezpala, with the support of the Marketing Department, sang Ukrainian songs and created vivid video clips.

World Vyshyvanka Day united the staff of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Business. This holiday is a symbol of unity and generations and the invincibility of the spirit of the Ukrainian people.
