Online consultation on algebra
8.5.2020
Anatolii Zhuchok, Head of the Department of Algebra and System Analysis, conducted an online consultation on algebra.
On May 8, 2020, an online consultation was held for the third-fourth year students majoring in “Secondary Education (Mathematics)” in the discipline “Special Heads of Algebra and Number Theory”. Professor Anatolii Zhuchok spoke in detail about the key points in solving problems that caused students some difficulties. After the question and answer session, the participants agreed on the next meeting, which will be held online. Students will already be able to tell about the results of completing new tasks that they received during the meeting.
Learning online helps students become motivated and organized, learn to control the learning process on their own. This method of teaching mathematics is difficult for students, because you have to work with new information and analyze it yourself. It takes a lot of time, but it is very effective in the deep assimilation of new knowledge.
Participation in an online consultation helped students better understand theoretical material and gain the necessary knowledge and skills for solving practical problems; strengthen the communication between teachers and students for further cooperation.
