Days of Science at the Department of Management

The Days of Science were held at the Department of Management.

On April 21, 2020, the Department of Management, using the Zoom digital platform in online mode, hosted the Days of Science on the topic “Modern Prospects for the Development of the Economy and Management in a Global Pandemic”.

Using video conferencing, it became possible to communicate the first-fourth year students and teachers who are now in quarantine in different parts of Ukraine.

Welcoming speeches were made by the head of the Department of Management, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Yelyzaveta Snitko and Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Yurii Drachuk. In the main part of the videoconference, scientific reports were presented by students who shared the main results of scientific research.

Subjects of reports demonstrated the depth, comprehensiveness and relevance of copyright research of students under the guidance of teachers of the Department. The work during the conference was intense, fruitful, interesting and constructive. It helped to identify the features of the development and functioning of Ukrainian enterprises in quarantine, the analysis of modern current trends in the economy and management.

Based on the results of the scientific conference, the commission identified the best student reports. Among them were the report by Arthur Onishchenko (1 year, specialty “Management”) “The Benefits of Conducting Electronic Business in a Global Pandemicˮ; report by Sofia Melezhik (1 year, specialty “Management”) “Prospects for the Development of Online Stores in Modern Realitiesˮ; report by Yurii Borisov (3 year, specialty “Management”) “Freelance as a Modern Type of Labor Relationship”.
