International Scientific and Practical Conference

A student of the ER IPES took part in the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Actual Aspects of Development in the Context of Globalization”.
The second-year student majoring in “Physical Education and Sports. Sports” of the ER IPES Lilia Semivolos took part in the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference “Actual Aspects of Development in the Context of Globalization” (Italy, Florence). Due to the worldwide threat of spread of COVID-19, the conference was held in a remote format.
As part of the online section “Biological Sciences. Physiology” Lilia together with her scientific adviser Oleksandr Lvov, an assistant at the Department of Anatomy, Human and Animal Physiology, successfully presented a report on “Hippotherapy as a Means of Rehabilitation for Children with Motor Impairmentsˮ based on the results of the conference, a collection of reports was released. All participants received certificates.
This is the third conference at which the student presents her research papers on the rehabilitation potential of hippotherapy in working with children with special physical and educational needs. In 2019, Lilia became a participant in the international scientific and practical conferences in the city of Dnipro ,, Social and Humanitarian Research and Innovative Educational Activitiesˮ and in the city of Kyiv “Modern Pedagogy and Psychology: Methodology, Theory and Practiceˮ.
The scientific interests of Lilia Semivolos are closely related to sports. She has the rank of candidate for master of sports in equestrian sports, is actively training and improving her sportsmanship in competitions at various levels.
