Competition of Student Research Papers

Representatives of the ER IPES won prizes in the second round of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers 2019-2020.

The fourth-year student majoring in 014.11 Secondary Education (Physical Education) Lina Bugaiova and the first-year master’s student majoring in 014.11 Secondary Education (Physical Education) Liubov Novikova adequately presented the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports in the second round of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers 2019-2020 in the field of knowledge “Physical Culture and Sports”.

The competition was held at the Prydniprovsky State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports with the aim of supporting gifted students, creating conditions for their creative growth, and intensifying students’ research work.

64 scientific works in the specialty “Physical Education” from 40 higher educational institutions of Ukraine were submitted to the competition.

A student Lina Bugaiova was awarded a diploma of the I degree and a master’s student Liubov Novikova – a diploma of the III degree of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers in natural, technical and human sciences of the 2019-2020 academic year (the field of knowledge “Physical Culture and Sports”, specialization  “Physical Education”).

The academic adviser of the winners was Associate Professor, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Olena Otravenko.

Lina has 6 scientific publications, of which 2 in the international publications (Belarus, 2018 and Moldova, 2019). The student was awarded a scholarship of the President of Ukraine (2020) for significant results in the educational and scientific activities. 

For a high level of success, Liubov Novikova receives an increased scholarship and has four scientific publications.

Students actively participate in All-Ukrainian and International conferences, the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialty “Secondary Education (Physical Education)”. Also they are actively involved in sports.

The Institute’s Directorate and teachers of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education expresses gratitude to the organizers of the competition, the academic adviser and congratulates the winners and prize-winners on their excellent results.
