Online competition of pedagogical essays

On April 8, the Department of Pedagogy held an online competition of pedagogical essays, in which students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports took an active part.

The event was held as part of the University Days of Science. 3rd year students majoring in “Secondary education. Human Health ”and“ Secondary Education. Physical Culture ”expressed their views on the issue of modern educational guidelines, especially the perception by students of the 21st century of universal values, the image of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School and its role in raising the younger generation.

Revealing the theme of the competitive essay, which this year was the quote by Konstantin Ushinsky “Without the personal direct influence of the educator on the pupil, true education that penetrates the character is impossible. Only a person can influence the development and definition of a person, only a character can create a character”, the contestants reflected on their own readiness to “penetrate the character” of their future pupils.

After checking the works, the organizing committee distributed the following prizes:

I place – Oleksii Lemziakov (third-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. Human Health”).

II place – Artem Kniagnitskyi (third-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. Physical Education”) and Iryna Kalinina (third-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. Human Health”).

III place – Dmytro Prozorov and Maryna Aleksieieva (third-year students majoring in “Secondary Education. Physical Education”).
