On the occasion of the 99th anniversary of LTSNU, teachers of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports were awarded.

The title of Honorary Professor was given to the Associate Professor of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports Serhii I. Shinkarev for his personal contribution to the development of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, fruitful long-term scientific and pedagogical activity and qualitative training of highly qualified specialists.

Olena Shinkaryova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Olympic and Professional Sports, has been awarded with certificates of the University as well as Inna Leontyeva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sporting Disciplines, and Tetiana Berezuieva, Assistant Professor of the Department of Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy for their significant personal contribution to the development of national education.

Tetiana L. Poluliashchenko, Acting Head of the Sport Disciplines Department, was awarded the diploma of the university for the 1st place in the rating of scientific researches among teachers and assistants of social and humanitarian departments. 

The diploma of the university for the 1st place in the ranking of achievements of candidates of sciences, associate professors of psycho-pedagogical departments in research work for 2019 was awarded to Olena O. Otravenko, Associate Professor of the Department of the Theory and Methods of Physical Education.
