Defense of graduation theses

The defense of graduation theses was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism on January 30-31.  

The defense of graduate qualifications of applicants from the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism majoring in 076 “Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Exchange Activitiesˮ of the educational program “Commodity Science and Expertise in Customs” and “Commodity Science and Commercial Activity” took place on January 30-31, 2020.

The chairman of the examination committee is the head of the Department of Chemistry, Microbiology and Food Hygiene, Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade, Doctor of Technical sciences, Professor Viktoria Yevlash.

The examination committee included the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Oleksandr Meniailenko, head of the Department of Merchandising, Commercial Entrepreneurship and Goods Examination, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Liudmyla Senogonova, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department Natalia Omelchenko.

The defense of final qualification works (22) was held at a high organizational and scientific level.

The Commission noted the high practical and theoretical level of training of applicants and noted that the topics of the presented final qualification projects are relevant and quite diverse, the work is research-based and based on real data and reflects the problems faced by customs authorities, trade and production enterprises in modern business conditions .

High professional competence and deep scientific knowledge in the defense of final qualifying works were demonstrated by such education applicants: Halyna Surovets, Maryna Kraliuk, Anna Shylo, Serhii Panchenko, Svitlana Matirko, Yulia Yavonova, Ruben Manukian and others.

Maryna Kraliuk recommended for admission to postgraduate courses.

The final qualification works of the applicants Serhii Panchenko and Lidia Reutova are aimed at the All-Ukrainian competition of graduate works of students majoring in 076 “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities”, which will be held at the Odessa National Polytechnic University in March 2020.

The results of the graduating qualifications completed are recommended by the EC for implementation in the practice of the activities of trade enterprises, manufacturing enterprises, and bodies of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
