Fulbright Program in Ukraine

University scientists continue to participate in the project “Strengthening Displaced Ukrainian Universities for Sustainable Development”.
The project is implemented by the Fulbright Program in Ukraine with financial support from the Press, Education and Culture Department of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
So, on January 30-31,the university delegation consisted of the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. Oleksandr Meniailenko, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctore of Pedagogical Sciences, prof. Olena Karaman, the Acting Head of the Department of Quality Management of Educational Activities, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Assoc. Margarita Kravchenko took part in the second session of the project “Strengthening Displaced Ukrainian Universities for Sustainable Development” in the framework of the Fulbright Program in Ukraine (Lviv, Ukrainian Catholic University).
The rectors (directors), vice-rectors and representatives of the education quality departments of 19 displaced universities participate in the annual project: 10 – from the Donetsk region, 8 – from Luhansk, 1 – from the ARC.
“Fundraising and interaction with society” was the topic of the second session.
The objectives of the higher educational institutions on the first day of the session were:
- Presentation and discussion of the results of the SWOT analysis, vision and mission of the university.
- Summarizing the experience of the formation, implementation and revision of the strategy of the displaced universities.
M. Kravchenko made a presentation of the SWOT analysis, vision and mission of the university.
Oleksandr Meniailenko and Olena Karaman presented a new idea about revising the strategy of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in conditions of displacement, the essence of which is as follows.
