New Year’s gift

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University received a New Year’s gift from the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine – more than 60 copies of scientific, educational and methodical literature.

It has already become a tradition for the university to congratulate NAPS of Ukraine for public holidays in the form of replenishment of the book fund of the scientific library. The initiators of such an annual action were the President of the APS of Ukraine V. G. Kremen and the academician-secretary of the Department of General Pedagogy and Philosophy of Education S. A. Sysoieva.

The NAPS of Ukraine is one of the first to support and continues to support our university since the beginning of the war in eastern Ukraine and in conditions of displacement. So, last year, by the Day of the Education Worker, the Academy handed over more than 250 copies of literature in various fields of knowledge to the University.

A very striking event was the holding of a joint meeting of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Academic Council of the State Institution “Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University” at the University on October 13-14, 2018, on the Day of Defender of Ukraine.
