Futsal competitions dedicated to the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

On the eve of the Day of Armed Forces of Ukraine, our University held the Futsal Tournament dedicated to this date. 8 men’s teams fought for the Сommemorative Сup. The “FEN-1” and “KLNU-1” teams were considered the favorites of the tournament, so they who were divorced to play in different groups in order to meeti in the final match. 

But, unfortunately, the fans’ hopes for this game were dashed. Already in the first match of the group А, the favorite KLNU-1 lost to the FEN-2 team with a score of 7:2. Failure of the favorite also befell in the second match against the combined team “Univer”. They lost with a score of 4:1 and missed the chance to reach the final, despite the victory with a score of 9:1 at RCPO-1. The winner of the group А became the team “FEN”, which received 2 more victories over “Univer” with a score of 5: 3 and RCSPO-1 – 6: 0. They reached the final tournament from the 1st place. The second team from the group in the final games was “Univer”.
