Scholarship holder at the ER IPES

Oleksii Podybailo, second-year master’s student majoring in “Secondary Education (Physical Education)” of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports was awarded a scholarship of the President of Ukraine!

During study at the University, Oleksii proved to be a capable, responsible, executive, erudite, purposeful, disciplined student, as evidenced by his high achievements and academic successes.

Oleksii is actively involved in the research work of the department under the leadership of Olena Otravenko, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Education. Research interests: image enhancement, leadership development, motivation of students to physical activity, healthy lifestyle.

According to the results of the 1st round of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers he took 1st place in specialty “Physical Education”. March 21-22, 2019, he took part in the II round of the All-Ukrainian Competition of Student Research Papers (specialty “Physical Education and Sports”, specialization “Physical Education”) at the Dnieper State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports. He was awarded a diploma of the III degree and a Cup for the third place.

He took part in the 1st round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialty 014.11 ,, Secondary education (Physical education)”, where he took I place.

Oleksii constantly reports on the results of scientific work at the All-Ukrainian and International scientific and practical conferences. He has 6 publications, 3 of them in professional publications of Ukraine.

During the training period, Oleksii showed high organizational skills, civic engagement and active participation in the sports club of our University in organizing and conducting sports competitions in volleyball, basketball, futsal and table tennis.

His personal qualities: sociability, energy, tact, upbringing, diligence, intelligence, perseverance, independence, creativity, hard work, adequacy, humanity, morality, discipline, honesty, responsiveness, decency. Oleksii is respected by students and teachers, demonstrates an active life position and the desire for self-improvement.
