The Director of the Institute of Public Management, Adminitration and Postgraduate Education Volodymyr Zablotskyi was assigned the academic rank of Professor.

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of October 15, 2019 No. 1301 “On approval of the decisions of the Certification Board of the Ministry of October 15, 2019”, Honored Education Worker of Ukraine, Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Associate Professor, Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Public Management, Administration and Postgraduate Education Volodymyr Valentynovych Zablotskyi was assigned the academic rank of professor of the Department of Public Service and Management of Educational and Social Institutions.
