Methodical seminar
19.11.2019
November 18 a methodical seminar for teachers was held at the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology.
The speaker was Olha Blednova, senior teacher of German, Department of Romance and Germanic Philology. She reported on the project Deutsch Lehren Lernen (DLL), proposed by the Goethe Institute for students studying German and have a level of at least B1 +.
The innovative Goethe-Institut program is designed specifically for teachers of German as a foreign language. This project has the following objectives: to improve the qualifications of teachers of German as a foreign language; organize language learning in practice; establish a connection between the school and the university; to implement the project “New Ukrainian School”. The Goethe Institute provides project participants with access to the Moodle platform with developed tasks; provides students with a printed textbook DLL; provides a tutor for the DLL program; coordinates the project and guarantees quality.
Also, Olha Blednova held a master class for teachers of the department “Teacher Philosophy. Teacher Qualification”. Teachers could make out various pedagogical situations, compose their own portrait of a teacher, conduct introspection, and then discuss the results.
The master class was held in a playful way and had an element of competition (teachers were divided into teams), so the participants were interested in completing the proposed tasks. We thank Olha Blednova for useful information and the interesting seminar!
