A meeting of students and teachers of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports with representatives of the Kreminna interdistrict department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Luhansk region took place at the University.

The meeting was held as part of the project “Citizens’ Security – Security of the Community” of the UN program for the restoration and development of peace with financial support from the European Union.

The goal of the project is to create a safe community due to increased personal security of the population through training on modern techniques and technologies.

Students learned about the sequence of first aid. Students worked out emergency pre-medical care skills in case of emergency. 

A special impression was made by thу Survival Chain with the participation of the simulator MAXIM 3-01. Using the simulator, students increased the level of knowledge and skills of the lifeguard to pulmonary and brain resuscitation techniques.

It was an informative and very interesting meeting.
