Meeting of the Youth Business Club

On November 1, the first organizational meeting of the Youth Business Club was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business.

Youth Business Club is an association of student youth at the Institute of Economy and Business. The Club was created with the aim of developing business skills and entrepreneurial competencies of students, as well as the skills of organizing and running their own business. An important area of ​​the club’s work is advising students on employment issues.

The first organizational meeting of the Youth Business Club was attended by honored guests, including Serhii Savchenko, Volodymyr Moroz, Oleksandr Savchenko, as well as representatives of the Luhansk Regional Center for Support of Youth Initiatives and Social Research.

Rector of LTSNU Serhii Savchenko congratulated all those present, wished fruitful work and activity. The chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization Volodymyr Moroz also wished students inspiration and promised to continue supporting youth initiatives. The Assistant of the Management Department Maria Matushkina, who focused on the important role of project management in shaping the competencies of students, also turned to students.

The chairman of the Youth Business Club Valeria Tkachenko spoke about the Club’s goals and main areas of its activity.

The event was continued by a project management training conducted by Halyna Posvaliuk, acting Director of the Luhansk Regional Center for Support of Youth Initiatives and Social Research. Students learned how to work in a team, correctly formulate the goals and objectives of their activities, as well as perform various tasks. During coffee breaks, students rested, and Anatolii Voronin amazed everyone.

The work of the Youth Business Club is just beginning. But such events contribute to increasing the financial literacy of students and expanding their worldview.
