Presentation of Diplomas

Luhansk National University has presented the Europe-recognized diplomas.

The celebrations in honor of the graduates 2015 were conducted on 4 August in cosy Starobilsk.

The diploma of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is a starting document which opens wide prospects for advancement. Once, having obtained well-grounded knowledge at our Alma Mater, many young talents have entered upon their career path. They have become famous pedagogues, scientists, cultural workers of international fame, Olympic championships, diplomats, journalists and businessmen.

Our university educates the students we can be proud of, the students who keep glorying our native Alma Mater. They have stood first in science and studying, have taken an active part in public life, they have obtained sporting wins and have presented their creativeness.

The Rector of LNU Serhii Viktorovych Savchenko thanked the teachers, graduates and students who go onto further study: “It is wonderful and red-letter day! My congratulations to our colleagues, students and graduates!

Dear students, thanks to you we are continuing working. Without you there would be no us. You have believed and unhesitatingly have continued education in our native university in the hardest time. And today, dear graduates, we are proudly presenting you the diplomas. The diplomas which are recognized around the world!

There are two important events in the life of the university. These are the graduation and admission. This year we have graduated 2.5 thousand students and we have enrolled about 2 thousand people. This proves that in spite of all difficulties and doubts we have chosen the right way.

Also the graduates were congratulated by Tetiana Stepanivna Pinchuk – the Dean of the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications, Candidate of Sciences, Professor and Olena Leonidivna Karaman – the Director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. Their parting words and sage advice of great power will be keeping in mind and heart of the graduates.

Wonderful and unforgettable student years have gone by! Everyone has had own success and failure, joys and sorrows, happy and sad moments. This is education! This day, a holiday of presentation of diplomas will be always a pleasant memory and final accord of student life.

Congratulations to you, our graduates! We are proud of you! We are sure that you will be the worthy representatives of our native university!
