University Administration Meeting

Today, our University held a scheduled meeting of the Administration.

The agenda included the issue about the work of the Administrative and Economic Department and the university’s readiness for the autumn-winter period.

Having listened and discussed the report of the Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs Dmytro Kovalov, the University Administration noted that the University is doing significant work to prepare the University for work in the autumn-winter period of the academic year 2019-2020.

According to the plan this year, work was done to improve the territory and its illumination at night; repairs were made in the classrooms and students’ dormitories; classrooms, auxiliary rooms, dormitory rooms were equipped with furniture in the required quantity; smoke and ventilation ducts, automatic gas detectors were checked; revision and repair of gas and electric stoves; patching of the asphalt pavement on the territory of the university was completed; Design documentation was developed and installation work was carried out on the reconstruction of gas metering stations with a modem for the buildings of the teacher’s hostel and educational building No. 6.

By the end of the year, thanks to the participation of the university in EU sectoral support and the flow of funds, projects such as a university television studio and a student studio will be implemented. The structure of this program includes, in addition to the acquisition of equipment, repair of premises.

Among other things, working issues were discussed on the development of internal university regulations on advanced training of scientific and pedagogical workers, on the internal system for ensuring the quality of education, etc.
