Education Workers’ Day

The Education Workers’ Day was celebrated at the Institute of Culture and Arts with a festive concert,  to which students and teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages were invited to share the joy of a magnificent holiday together.

Students greeted teachers right in the hall, giving them flowers and warm words. The concert began with a speech by the teacher of the Department of Musical Arts and Choreography, laureate of All-Ukrainian and International competitions, participant of the X-Factor television show Larisa Borisenko with her own song “Krai” (“The Edge”). Also, the audience was pleased with the unique academic vocals and cheap composition of the duet of teachers of the Department of Musical Arts and Choreography, laureates of international competitions Ruslan and Oksana Khrystychenko.

The head of the Department of Musical Arts and Choreography, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, laureate of international contests Oleksandr Plohotniuk performed with the vibrant and fiery composition “Zambezi”, and the Associate Professor of the Department of Musical Arts and Choreography, People’s Artist of Ukraine Yurii Kyrychenko surprised everyone with the incredible “Chardash” by Vittorio Monti on the violin. 

During their performance, students pleased their teachers with high mastery of vocal and choreographic performances. During the concert, video greetings were sounded from the stage for teachers from students who thanked their mentors and gave them best wishes.

Natalia Filonenko, Deputy Director of the Institute of Culture and Arts, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Cultural Studies and Cinema-, TV arts, and Olena Bindas, Head of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor congratulated their colleagues. 

We congratulate everyone on the Education Worker’s Day, and wish all the teachers inspiration and grateful students.
