On September 25, a student of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business took part in a coordination event for people who would implement mentoring support for young people in communities.
Supporting active youth, their ideas and initiatives is an important direction in the work of the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business. So, recently Yelyzaveta Bezpala, a 3rd year student with a degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance, visited the city of Kramatorsk, where she took part in a coordination event for people who would implement mentoring support for young people in communities.
A mentor is a person who has a personal experience of success and is ready to share it with other people. Mentor support is a very useful and effective stage in acquiring new experience, which aims to help young activists in implementing a specific project, establishing contacts, and helping to achieve the highest professional level.
The event was held in the conference room of the business center “SA & GA”. In addition to the students of our institute, representatives of active youth from Bakhmut, Druzhkovka and Vugledar visited Kramatorsk city.
Participants of the event discussed the features of building a dialogue in communities, in particular using public speaking and anti-crisis communication tools. Another important topic for discussion was the coordination of activities to attract various social groups to dialogue within the community and between different communities at the regional level.
Activists had the opportunity to talk with Denis Hrechko, president of the Charity Foundation “Gorenie”. He spoke in detail about the activities of the charity foundation and thanked the participants for their active life position.
Finally, Yelyzaveta Bezpala, along with other activists from Starobilsk city, visited a riding school in the city of Kreminna.
