Training with students-servicemen

On September 19, a training on stabilization of the psycho-emotional state with students-servicemen was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The main topics of the training:

1. The path of psychological trauma: own experience.
2. The impact of trauma on relationships with the social environment.
3. Skills for stabilizing the psycho-emotional state.
4. Emotional intelligence.
The trainers were Anton Nazmiev, postgraduate student of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Tetiana Fedotova, assistant at the Department of Psychology.

At the end of the event, the “Feedback” technique was conducted, during which the knowledge and skills acquired during the training were tested and examples from the participants’ own experience were given.
