Animal Rights March

On September 15, students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences joined the All-Ukrainian Animal Rights March.

The initiator of the event in Ukraine is the humanistic movement UAnimals. This year the All-Ukrainian March was held for the third time, at the same time in 24 cities of the country. In addition, for the first time in history, a livestock protection took place event in Antarctica – at Vernadsky station.

This year’s march slogan is “Be the voice of those who cannot protect their right to life.” Mahatma Gandhi once remarked: “The greatness and moral progress of a nation can be measured by how this nation relates to animals.”
