Meeting of the student self-government

On September 4, a meeting of student self-government was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business.

This week the atmosphere of the beginning of a new academic year, meetings with friends and teachers take place at our University. After the holidays, students have already begun their studies and are achieving new successes in their educational activities.

An indispensable component of training in a higher education institution is the work of student self-government. And the first meeting of active student youth has already taken place at the Educational and Research Institute of Economy and Business.

So, on September 4, students of the structural subdivision visited the free space of the Coworking Center – Creative University to discuss pressing issues.

Students were  congratulated by the deputy director for social and humanitarian work Oleg Chernysh on the new academic year. He reminded students of their rights and obligations regarding living in a hostel, the need to comply with the regime and sanitary-hygienic rules of residence, and the holding of traditional university-wide events. Also, Oleg Chernysh expressed hope for further fruitful work of student self-government.

During the organizational meeting, young people discussed important issues of organizing student leisure activities and the role of student self-government in the life of students seeking education. Also on this day, elections were held for the heads of student self-government sectors.
