Dear teachers, students and staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. I sincerely congratulate you on the outstanding state holiday – the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

The adoption of the Basic Law marked the fundamental consolidation of our independence, forever capturing the will of the Ukrainian people to live in their own sovereign, conciliar state.

The Constitution emphasizes the absolute integrity of a person, his life and health, honor and dignity, integrity and security. The Basic Law is the determining factor in ensuring the state sovereignty of Ukraine, consolidating society, creating appropriate conditions for self-realization of the individual.

Let peace and mutual understanding contribute to the further development of our statehood, the development of wealth in each family. Let’s hope for a better future and create a new European state together.
