I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of Ukraine! In 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expressing the sovereign will of the citizens of our state and relying on the centuries-old history of the Ukrainian state on world experience, adopted the Fundamental Law of Ukraine – the Constitution, which became the real and effective basis for building the independent democratic state as a full member of the world community.
