The staff of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, the Department of Philological Disciplines, the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology and Social Communications deeply grieve over the irreparable loss of the great Man – Oleksii Ivanovych Nezhyvyi.

Oleksii Ivanovych was a great Man, a teacher, a devoted patriot of Ukraine, a defender of the Ukrainian word and independence.

It is difficult to find words of consolation when the heart of a person stops, who was an example of the thirst for life, who loved his own business, was sincere with his family, colleagues and young people, had many students and like-minded people.

Oleksii Ivanovych was a bright, kind, powerful, talented man. He was an example for all of us. He was loved, appreciated in life, and we will always remember him!

We express sincere condolences to the family and friends, dear Liudmila Lvivna and their daughter Oksana. Ukraine has lost an outstanding scientist and literary scholar. Always remembered.
