Second stage of the final attestation

On June 6 – 7, final attestation for students majoring in “Secondary Education. Labor Education and Technology” was held at the Department of Production Technologies and Professional Education.

The first stage of the final attestation was a comprehensive exam. It was held in writing. Exam tickets included questions on pedagogy, theory and methodology of labor training and computer science. Then students began to defend the final qualifying works.

Graduation works were both theoretical directions and works aimed at improving the methods of teaching certain sections of the subject “Labor Training”. Students presented the original methodological development projects. They also presented products, manufactured in the framework of the projects developed by them. Defense was accompanied by multimedia presentations.

Tetiana Prokhorova, Ivan Lysenko, Tetiana Kostenko, Oleksandr Ogienko, Kateryna Izhak, Maryna Matvieieva and Yuliya Indach defended their works perfectly.

On June 7 – 8, 2019 final attestation was held for students majoring in “Professional Education. Food Technology”. The diploma works of students of this specialty were devoted to topical issues related to the organization of management in restaurant establishments, the development of new culinary dishes and products, the design of modern shops of restaurant establishments. Future bachelors have developed a number of dishes and culinary products, paying considerable attention to the cuisines of different nations and the nutritional habits of various segments of the population. Under protection, they proved the high nutritional value of new dishes and offered modern avant-garde methods for their design and presentation. Graduates, while defending their theses, proved that they can solve complex professional problems and problems, work with information sources, logically and convincingly present the material, use scientific methods to analyze problems and justify decisions on the subject of professional activity, master modern scientific methods. research, use acquired skills to develop suggestions and recommendations on the subject of study. Students showed a general high level of project performance in most of the graduation projects. The high professional level of defense of graduation projects was demonstrated by students D.O. Podkolodna, A.S. Luniakina, Zh.S. Petrenko, Yu.V. Kropivtsova.

In parallel with the defense in Starobilsk, on June 8, another commission worked in the city of Rubizhne. There, the students majoring in “Vocational Education. Service Sector”. They spoke about the improvement of the technology of repair of certain household appliances, the organization of service centers for the repair of household appliances. The most confident was the defense of works by students Pavlo Tsymbaliuk and Yurii Chistiakov.

The results of final attestation indicate a high level of theoretical and practical training of graduates of the department.
