Order of Higher Education Diplomas

Recently a new law of Ukraine “On Higher Education” has entered into force.

This statutory instrument has reformed many spheres regarding work of higher educational establishments. In particular, the order of higher education diplomas issues has been changed. On the one hand, the universities have gained more autonomy because they have a right to choose diploma design and the printing office on their own. But on the other hand, the additional complications have arisen. Thus, diploma supplements used to be printed by the usual printer at the deanery. And now each grade on each subject of each student must be put into the Unified State Base on Education. System of supplement order is new and it hasn’t been approbated enough. That is why almost every day there are the additional requirements to filling data to the base.

But the administration of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University has set a task to complete a work on diploma supplements order not later than 30 June to be able to present desired diplomas to the graduates. Directorates and deaneries of our university work intensively to make it within specified time. University staff selflessly works that the graduates could to obtain educational documents in time. They understand that in such complicated time it is quite difficult to find a job and this is a diploma that can really help to solve this problem.
