“On the Road of Fairy Tales”

On June 1, a quest game “On the Road of Fairy Tales” was held for children with disabilities at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The Charity Foundation “Mercy Lugansk” with the support of “Caritas Österreich”, in the framework of the project “Help for Families” together with the Student Social Service and students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University”, which are part of the volunteers “The Red Cross Society of Ukraine”, in order to provide psychosocial support for children, conducted the quest game “On the Road of Fairy Tales” for children with disabilities within the walls of the free space “Coworking Center – Creative University”.

During the quest, children had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the test and find their supernatural abilities, along with fantastic and cinematic heroes, to undergo tests for knowledge of the rules of health protection, physical training, ability to draw. There was also an intellectual competition, during which children skillfully answered the questions posed to them, guessed riddles and performed logical tasks.

“This event was initiated and held for the Children’s Day. Small participants had the opportunity to test their strength in team competitions, showed their imagination and ingenuity,” – the head of the Student Social Services Sector Olena Dukhova said.

At the end of the quest, children were traditionally waited for sweet gifts and letters of reward for the demonstrated skills they showed during the event.
