“Miss and Mister of the ER IPES – 2019”

The solemn holiday “Miss and Mister of the ER IPES – 2019” and the presentation of diplomas to the Master’s graduates 2019 took place at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports. 

The event was attended by honored guests: Peoples Deputy of Ukraine, President of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Chairman of the Supervisory Council of LTSNU – Vitalii Kurylo; Chairman of the Kreminna Regional State Administration – Natalia Chekhuta; Chairman of the Kreminna District Council – Volodymyr Prokopenko; Kreminna Mayor – Yurii Prokopenko; three-time Olympic champion – Olga Bryzgina; Head of the Management of Youth and Sports of Luhansk Regional State Administration – Anton Volohov, Director of the Sport Center “Olimp” Yuri Ishchenko and other leaders of the city and district.

The Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports Yurii Poluliashchenko addressed the participants of the competition with a welcoming speech. He wished all the participants success, creativity and inspiration.

The event began with the ceremonial presentation of European-style diplomas to graduate students in 2019. The diplomas were awarded by the People’s Deputy of Ukraine –Vitalii Kurylo and the Director of the Institute Yurii Poluliashchenko.

More than 40 graduates from Luhansk, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions gathered at the ceremonial part. Master’s diplomas with honors were obtained by Olena Zinova, Olena Lukashuk (specialty “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports”), Dmytro Pelipas (specialty “Secondary Education. (Physical Culture)”). Sincere words of gratitude were heard from Master’s graduates to the faculty. Yuri Mykhailovych wished graduates all kinds of achievements and victories on their life path!

The holiday continued with a competitive program. This year, 5 charming girls and 5 courageous boys competed for the honorary title of “Miss” and “Mister” of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports – 2019.

The holiday program consisted of the “Greeting”, “Creative Contest”, “Defile in Evening Dresses” and “Intellectual Contest”.

There were not many contests, but they all demanded the maximum return from the participants. In general, the contest was not like a fight, on the contrary, this holiday could be called a holiday of youth unity and friendship. Between the competitions were creative performances of students of the College of Culture and Arts and students of the Institute.

In order to win, each of the participants tried to impress the competent jury with creative ingenuity, vigor, mental flexibility and sense of humor.

The culmination of the holiday was the awarding of souvenirs and diplomas with the titles to the participants of the contest. The places and titles were distributed as follows:

“Miss Refinement” – Marina Shipilova, first-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. (Physical Education)”;

“Mr. Extravagance” – Serhii Shchyrov, first-year student majoring in “Secondary education. (Physical education)”;

“Miss Originality” – Olena Reva, first (third)- year student majoring in “Secondary Education. (Physical Education)”;

“Mr. Originality” – Artem Kniagnytskyi, second-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. (Physical Education)”;

“Miss Talent” – Alina Burlaka, thirst-year student majoring in “Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy”;

“Mr. Talent” – Igor Khmelik, thirst-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. (Physical Education)”;

“Miss Tenderness” – Daria Kravets, thirst-year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports”;

“Mr. Courage” – Vladyslav Bulgakov, thirst-year student majoring in “Secondary Education. (Physical Education)”;

“Miss Audience Award” and “Mr. Audience Award” were awarded to Yulia Zhygailova, third-year student majoring in “Physical Culture and Sports. Sports” and Valentyn Sokolenko – thirst-year student majoring in “Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy”.

The title “Vice-Miss” was won by Yulia Zhygailova, and the title “Vice-Mister” was won by Igor Khmelik.

The title “Miss ER IPES – 2019” was won by Maryna Shypilova, and the title “Mister ER IPES – 2019” was received by Artem Kniagnytskyi. The most charming couple of students were awarded with various prizes and prize ribbons!

Congratulations to our participants on the victory! And we congratulate Master’s graduates on receiving diplomas!
