Trial external independent evaluation

The trial external independent evaluation of the English language was held at the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology. 

Participation in the trial of independent evaluation provided an opportunity for students to learn about the procedure for conducting the external testing, the procedure for accessing the test item, and the structure and rules for completing test notebooks.

Since October 2018, six-month courses have been organized for the 10-11th grade pupils of the city of Poltava and Poltava region. The participants of the trial independent evaluation made maximum efforts at the preparatory courses, which they attended with pleasure, performed all the tasks and prepared for the classes. Future applicants have high hopes for obtaining high scores on the official external independent evaluation. Most of the pupils decided to connect their profession with foreign languages, namely English, French, German and Spanish, so we hope for future applicants of the Department of Romance and Germanic Philology.

All twenty participants of the trial independent evaluation were awarded certificates confirming the completion of the preparatory courses. After the award, pupils successfully passed the trial external independent testing in English.

We wish success to future applicants in the official external independent testing in English, which will be held on May 28, 2019. Good luck!
