Ceremonial Awarding of the Honored Worker of Ukraine

Dmytro Uzhchenko, Prorector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, was ceremonially awarded.

The ceremony was held at Luhansk Regional State Administration (the City of Sievierodonetsk). As LNU press-center noted earlier, Prorector was assigned a title of “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine” according to the Decree of President Petro Poroshenko. Prorector was awarded by governor of Luhansk region Hennadii Moskal.

Dmytro Viktorovych was assigned an honorary title for strong contribution to native science development, many years of good work and professionalism. Despite the long list of prorector’s merits the honored worker of education says that this award is the appreciation of work of the whole team of Luhank National University: “The university has not just evacuated and survived. It keeps developing and moving forward thanks to the efforts of our strong team.” Also Dmytro Uzhchenko notes that he feels great pride for the university honored with the presidential award. This is the most important thing for today, – says Dmytro Viktorovych.
