Miss IPP – 2019

On March 14, a celebration of beauty and youth – “Miss IPP – 2019” was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The new assembly hall brought together representatives of all departments of the university including administration, teachers and students of institutes, faculties, colleges. The honored guests were the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who defend the independence and integrity of our country.

The presenters of this event were the representative of a friendly institute – Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Commerce, Serving Technologies and Tourism, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Mykhailo Chumak and a second-year student of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, specializing in “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology” Karyna Garkavenko.

At the beginning of the holiday, Dmytro Uzhchenko, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, presented diplomas to the servicemen and expressed their sincere thanks for the fact that they were the first to defend their native land from enemy troops, stopped the aggressor and became a strong fortress and guarantor of the security of each of us, provided us with the opportunity to study and work in our native Luhansk region. The teaching staff of the university wished the defenders good health, psychological stability in carrying out their mission, family warmth, fulfillment of all dreams and desires.

The most beautiful girls of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology appeared on the scene. They were Viktoria Kosenko, Olga Fomenko, Tetiana Kvasova, Yulia Butko, Anastasia Garmash, Maria Dubeiko, Marina Sergienko.

The girls competed in eleven contests, such as: “Business Card”, “Costume Competition”, “Avenue of Stars”, “Sports Competition”, “Intellectual”, “Competition of Talents”, “Beach Season”, “I am Ukrainian Girl”, “Wedding Dresses”, “Defile”, “Tasty Dish”.

Contestants surprised the audience in the images of TV stars, the modern lady, famous athletes, masters, hostesses.

While the jury evaluated each contest, creative children’s groups of the modern dance ensemble “Paradise” performed on the stage. Little artists prepared the performances “Hey-Miki”, “Mad Orchestra”, etc.

A few minutes after the end of the competition, the jury announced the name of the first beauty at the Institute. A first-year student majoring in “Psychology” Yulia Butko won the title “Miss IPP”.

  • The second place – “Vice-Miss IPP” – was taken by a first-year student majoring in “Primary Education. Ukrainian Language and Literature” Olga Fomenko.
  • In addition, the girls became winners in various categories:
  • “Miss Audience Award” – second-year student majoring in “Psychology” Marina Sergienko.
  • “Miss Grace” – first-year student majoring in “Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology” Maria Dubeyko.
  • “Miss Charm” – second-year student majoring in “Psychology” Anastasia Garmash.
  • “Miss Originality” – first-year student majoring in “Special Education. Speech Therapy. Special Psychology” Tetiana Kvasova.
  • “Miss Style” – first-year student majoring in “Preschool Education” Viktoria Kosenko.

The crown and the prizes were awarded by the Deputy Director of the ER IPP Vira Pushko, the chairman of the Trade Union Organization of LTSNU Volodymyr Moroz, SOS Children’s Village Charitable Foundation, Head of the Strengthening of Families Department N.V. Vinnik, Vice-Miss IPP-2018 Anna Piven, Miss Excellence of Starobilsk –Vladyslava Potomina.

The holiday is over. Spectators and guests had a long discussion about the most pleasant moments of the beauty contest.
