International Women’s Day

A festive concert devoted to the International Women’s Day took place at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. 

On this day, the Earth blossoms, men congratulate their women, and women continue to give their smiles and love. For the sake of women, men are ready for anything, and they will do it without even thinking, because every woman in the world is worth it!

Today, in the university assembly hall, students from various educational and research institutes and faculties welcomed all the women of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University with a wonderful spring holiday – 8th of March.

Celebrations began with a welcoming word from Oleksandr Meniailenko, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work. According to him, the most valuable thing in the life of a man is a woman, she must not only love, appreciate and help, but also understand him.

Songs about love and women performed by students sounded on the stage. Thanks to the choreographic performances, the dance group of the ER ICSTT gave the audience a lot of unforgettable impressions.

On this day, all of the students and teachers of our University had the desire to give as many impressions as possible to the entire women’s team of LTSNU.
