I sincerely congratulate you on the 98th anniversary of the establishment of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

For many years, in spite of any obstacles, our institution remains the benchmark for the quality of Ukrainian education and a guarantee of a happy future. We honor traditions, continue to evolve and improve. Every year, the University produces new highly qualified specialists who in the future will glorify our dear Alma Mater.

On this occasion, I would like to wish teachers and staff of the University undying energy, inspiration and far-reaching plans. Your professionalism, perseverance, ability to support each other and stick together are simply amazing. I wish students and postgraduate students not to lose time, but to work on making their dreams come true!
