Anniversary of the tragic events

On February 20, Ukraine celebrated the fifth anniversary of the tragic, heroic events of the Revolution of Dignity, the peak of the shootings of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes.

This day will forever enter the history of Ukraine as a symbol of sacrifice, patriotism and heroism and will once again confirm the thesis that in the most critical and most difficult period of our history there will be heroes who will build our future with their sacrifice.

On this day in the College of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, teachers and students honored the feat of the participants in the Revolution of Dignity and honored those who died during the bloody January and February days of 2014.

Glory to the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, glory to the Ukrainian soldiers who with dignity and honor fulfill their sacred duty to protect our Motherland. We will deserve our heroes who gave their lives for our freedom and the right to free development.
