Valentine’s Day is one of the most beloved holidays in many countries today. It was also celebrated at our University.
This holiday united the student youth of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who protect the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The festive event was organized for the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by teachers and students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology. Representatives of various structural subdivisions of the University (ER ICSTT, ERIPP, ERIEB, College of LTSNU, Starobilsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College) joined the organization of the celebration.
The concert included songs performed by Valeria Surina, Roman Volintsov, Bohdana Kirichenko; the video greetings of Miss-IPP, the chairman of the sports sector, the head of the ensemble, the deputy chairman of the student government and schoolchildren of the city of Starobilsk; Incendiary dances were performed by Vladislava Potiomina, a dancing group “Vivien”, students of the ER ICSTT Daria Natochi and Maria Nochochi.
Girls and boys wished each other sincere, bright, and durable love. So that the heart of joy and happiness beat in tune with the heart of the beloved halves, so that love inspires good and beautiful deeds, so that relationships are filled with understanding and shared dreams.
The staff of Luhansk National Taras Shevchenko University gave the defenders of Ukraine fruit (apples, tangerines, bananas, lemons, pomelo). In response, the soldiers gave the girls flowers and sweets.
In addition, the career guidance work was conducted by the secretary of the Admission Committee Yaroslava Yurkiv. The military watched a video about the University and received promotional items.
On Valentine’s Day, teachers and students from the bottom of their hearts wish everyone unbelievably bright and sincere love, kind emotions and warm-heartedness, extraordinary joy of the soul and boundless feeling of happiness.
