“From Kruty to Brussels. We are going our own way”

On January 29, Anton Bader, Director of the ER IHIRSPS, took part in the forum “From Kruty to Brussels. We are going our own way” as part of a delegation from the Luhansk region. 

The forum was held at the International Exhibition Center (Kyiv). Among other things, the nomination of the presidential candidate of Ukraine 2019 Petro Poroshenko took place at the event. The current President is completing the five-year cadence; he will start again in order to preserve the strategic course towards the European Union and NATO, the course towards turning Ukraine into a big successful country of happy people. “The feeling of deep responsibility towards the country, to contemporaries, to past and future generations of Ukrainians led me to decide to run again for the post of President of Ukraine. I ask the voters for a mandate to guarantee the irreversibility of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, our independence. To restore the territorial integrity of the country and bring Ukraine a favorable world. To complete the construction of a strong successful state, able to ensure the order, well-being and safety of every Ukrainian,” – Poroshenko said.

This event brought together leading social and political figures of Ukraine, including such prominent people as: Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrii Parubii, General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko and others. Such events are significant and important in the political life of our state.
