I sincerely congratulate you on the upcoming New Year!

New year is always a new stage in life, new ideas and undertakings, but also is a reason to comprehend the events that are taking place. The year 2018 was intense, demanding the hard work of the entire university staff, the support of partners. We have something to be proud of and something to rejoice in on these New Year’s Eve days!

The New Year is a celebration of hope and optimism, a time of great expectations, when dreams come true! And dreams and goals are what makes us move forward, and on this endless path only unity and solidarity allows us to achieve victories!

Let the coming year for our University be a year of new achievements, well-being, prosperity. I am confident that our country and our University will have a bright future and stable development.
